System Apocalypse LitRPG

Prices and ratings refreshed Oct 24, 2026. Curated Oct 24, 2026.

The system apocalypse is the genre's most reliable engine: Earth is integrated into a multiversal System, everyone gets a status screen, and the first week decides who survives. The appeal is the contrast between the mundane and the monstrous, and the best entries use a recognizable modern world as the thing at stake.

Ordered roughly by how central the apocalypse is to the story. The first few are about Earth itself; later entries use integration as a launch pad and leave the planet behind.

    Valerios · May 30, 2023

A martial artist refuses the menu

No class, no build, just fists trained before the System arrived. A clean, satisfying take on the integration story.

  7. Nightmare Realm Summoner cover

    Actus · Sep 30, 2025

    Summoner, built from betrayal

    4.7(3.5k)
